Ken & Jon Woodworking, LLC ["We"] are not responsible for any damage to the product after the items have been released from our warehouse. All sales on custom-made items are final. This includes personalized and built-to-order items. Our goal is to make you happy with your purchase, so let's communicate and solve any issues together.

In order to keep prices low and maintain inventory, all sales on any bulk-order items are final. Again, good communication is the best tool for resolution here.
